The opportunity:
We are seeking to employ a skilled and experienced Social Worker who thrives on delivering a range of service options designed to meet the diverse needs of our community using a wide range of social work skills and strategies. Working from a strengths-based perspective, you will have strong assessment skills, the ability to work holistically and to engage in interventions that inspire, motivate, enable change and make a difference.
You will be contributing to the development of an integrated Model of Care across the Whai Māia community and Health Services. Become part of a multi-disciplinary team working to come up with creative solutions for complex situations.
As a registered social worker, you will promote the protection, wellbeing and best management of people within our communities we serve.
