Jacinda Ardern resigns
Labour leader Chris Hipkins has been sworn in as New Zealand's 41st Prime Minister.
It follows the resignation of Jacinda Ardern on Wednesday morning.
Carmel Sepuloni has also been sworn in as deputy Prime Minister at a ceremony at Government House.
